Required Closing Documents

 

Please provide these documents prior to closing.

 

  1. ____ Proof of Income: Current printed pay stub, which shows YTD (year to date) earning is required. Pay stub must be dated no more than 30 days prior to contract date. If YTD is not printed, customer must provide 4 consecutive pay stubs or letter from employer. If self-employed, last 3 months bank statements with all pages are required.

 

  1. ____ Proof of Residence: Mail that is addressed to customer that has been mailed to contract address, post-marked no more than 30 days prior to contract date is required.

 

  1. _____ Phone Bill: Copy of all pages of bill showing the phone number, name and address is required. Bill must be no older than 30 days

 

  1. _____ Driver's License: We require a copy of your valid US driver's license.Exceptions are made on occasion.
